Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

  • Returns made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

  • Returns made between days 8–14 are eligible for store credit only.

Buy-online-pick-up-in-store items are eligible for refund to original form of payment within 7 days of purchase date. These items are eligible for store credit within fourteen (14) days of the purchase (not the pickup) date.

Shipped Items

For a return to original form of payment, items must be received at the address below within 7 days of delivery. Items received between days 8-14 will receive store credit. Items received day 15 and beyond will either be forfeited or shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

All Purchases

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, free of damage, with tags intact to receive a refund or store credit. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or credit.

SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
