Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

• Returns made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

• Returns made between days 8–14 are eligible for store credit only.

Buy-online-pick-up-in-store items are eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date (not the pickup date).

Holiday Policy (for items purchased 11/28/25 through 12/24/25):

With receipt, we will accept returns for refund to original form of payment or store credit within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Buy-online-pick-up-in-store items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase (not pickup) date.

Without receipt, we will accept returns for store credit through 1/15/26.

Seasonal items will be eligible for return for store credit through 12/24/25.

All Purchases

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, free of damage, with tags intact to receive a refund or store credit. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or credit.

SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
