Microwave for warming relief. Microwave on high for 10-30 seconds from room temperature. Tough test or wrap in cloth to avoid burns. Feeling icy? Freeze instead for cooling comfort.

Care: Spot clean as needed with mild soap or detergent. 

Because we use natural seeds as filler, the seeds will give off moisture the first few times the wrap is warmed up. Towel dry the wrap before use as it will feel slightly wet. This is a natural process; moisture will decrease the more the product is used.
